Where Being Wrong Is Expensive, Guessing Isn’t An Option
SKOPAQ AI builds agent systems for high-stakes physical operations. Our flagship platform, Jantar, investigates satellite telemetry anomalies and drafts recovery procedures for a human to review, and every claim it makes is cited to its source or withheld.
Proposed by Agents. Gated by Machines. Authorised by People.
1. Grounding Over Generation
In spacecraft operations, a fluent answer with fabricated facts is a Sev-1 incident. Every claim Jantar makes must resolve to a telemetry observation, a document section or a knowledge-graph entity — or it is marked ungrounded and withheld.
2. Refusal as a Safety Feature
If evidence is missing, contradictory, or insufficient, Jantar refuses to speculate. An honest INSUFFICIENT verdict is a correct answer; a confident hallucination is not.
3. The Human Authorisation Interlock
Under Architecture Decision Record ADR 0018, the agent layer proposes and a human authorises. Jantar ships at authority level A0 — advisory only. At A0, the default, it constructs no command candidate; A1 staging is an opt-in, off unless a deployment enables it. No route transmits.
